Any company like this anywhere can make the mistake of hiring a stupid desk clerk without enough sense to pick up the phone, call management and ask permission to let a 20 year old soldier sleep in one of their rooms. However, if this same company ever wants to see another dollar of mine, they will publicly apologize to this soldier and offer him a free room for the rest of his time in service.
