Ben was awesome. Paid for a night in a king size room and was literally told I was “not allowed to take a bath” when asked if they offered tub stoppers. Tried to speak with customer service and figure out what that was about, no help.
Ben the motel clerk at the front desk. He was very handy and helpful with our stay here in Atlanta. All round great guy we're going to miss him with his nightly entertaining educational conversations. It's seems like we've known him a long time but it's only been 5 day lol. It's was a great stay because of him. Thanks for the southern hospitality BEN.
I've been staying here for several years during my convention. Ben at the front desk has been a solid and considerate presence year after year. I'm impressed how well he maintains himself, even when people are screaming at him over matters that have nothing to do with the hotel. My room has always been clean and tidy. My car has always been safe. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I have always felt safe staying here. In fact, I already have my reservation for next year.
room was clean, a/c was noisy and did not cool room enough even in a high setting plus they charged my cc $30.00 saying that a bedsheet is missing, that was a day after I left the room. is this a motel 6 practice? are there any more people being charged like they did to me?
The staff were on point. They are very nice and well organized. The rooms are clean, house keeps do a good job. The coffee is nice and always fresh. I absolutely loved my stay here at Motel 6. Wasn't just any ghetto motel. Everything was nice and clean. Beds are nice and comfy.
