Place was disgusting. Room and bath full of cockroaches and towels had long black hairs in them. Sheets were smelly and had stains. Did not even sleep though the night. I requested for a refund which they refuse to give me. Every time I call the lady over the phone will answer and hang up. She said stop calling so much. Lady I just want a refund for my worse night in a hotel. Your place is disgusting and just a cover up for all your prostitution parties. roaches all over!!! we had to sleep with the lights on just to try to scare them away!!! someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night and it went off for hours!! There was a questionable stain on the bedspread!!!
disgusted. had a late check in after a livestock event with my kids, cockroaches, hair in tub, floor filthy, cigarette burns on bedding-along with stains and more cockroaches. left within 45 minutes once we could find another room available at a nicer hotel in a SOLD OUT Bakersfield weekend.
