Around 2 hours after checking in and going inside of our room, we see a roach. Obviously we leave immediately because we do NOT want a roach infestation. I booked through Expedia so I currently filed a claim with them & am now waiting for a response but I don’t suggest staying here unless you don’t mind 🪳 crawling on you… Also, the lady who was working that night literally didn’t care. I stayed for two weeks, warm, large clean recently painted room. Bummer the lady had to keep asking when I could change rooms. Because it was not dog friendly? Having to get your key updated everyday? Come on when I get home from work to open my door. The last thing I'm trying to do is check in. All that aside. Great time , smart tv with apps awesome. My 14 year old Dog Mac Was happy too.
Great service overall, kind staff that work diligently. The front desk was super nice and helpful.
