You guys seriously kicked two women out in a snowstorm with closed roads and a animal rescue transport van full of puppies?! Shame on you!
They kicked out 2 women who were traveling with rescue dogs headed north. They evicted them and the dogs out in a snow storm and wouldnt guve them their money back. Disgusting
throwing women with rescue dogs out and into a blinding snowstorm???? Really???? And then not offering a refund
Nope....made two women with animal rescue leave in a white winter storm with roads closed all over leave!!! Now they don't have a manger on duty, no one at corporate will take your call!!! There is a reason. why you are at the bottom of the hotel food chain!!!!
Stopped in with no reservation and the had the handicap accessible room we needed. I was very impressed with the price. When I checked out the room I was extremely happy with the cleanliness and condition of the room. Yes it is a no frills hotel no fridge microwave iron or hairdryer but that’s what they told me in advance. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone
We booked a room 4 months in advance. They call us 48 hours before arrival date and tell us sorry. They over booked. We have to find another hotel. You're kidding right? MONTHS in advance!! and you just now decide you screwed up and don't even offer a single bit of accommodation to fix this?! Never again. I've stayed with some terrible places with terrible service but this is just ridiculous.
1st motel I've been in that I've had to pay extra for WiFi extra for a refrigerator and extra for a microwave. Needs to get with the times. I give it a quarter star at best. When I leave here Sunday I'll not be back. There are motels here that have a better price and they dont charge extra for a refrigerator, microwave or WiFi. Absolute worse I've ever been in. Whoever gave them a 3 1/2 star rating must have been sleeping in the cold
Needs to clean rooms better and the bathtub so that's why I gave it a 1
