How could you do that? The animal transporter paid cash to stay in your hotel, you agreed to the terms she was staying under, but threw her and the rescues out in the snow storm with NO refund? Have you lost your sense of humanity? Plus your business sense? This was a bad move... smh... Y’all should be ashamed!
A fellow dog rescuer stopped in with her reservations only to be kicked out into a snow blizzard, roads closed, and no where else to go. Management would not refund the reservation money!! As a rescuer myself who sees heartbreak almost on a daily basis, I couldn’t imagine being faced with this dilemma or rudeness. No compassion and no humanity!!!!

Can’t believe you put out a rescue group with nowhere to go with those poor animals during a snowstorm. How dare you. I would never recommend anyone go here to stay. Then not to give them a refund is really sorry.
Anyone who would kick a rescue group out in a whiteout is heartless. This reservation was confirmed and Motel 6 was told about the pups they were traveling with. Shame on you Motel 6! Your employee made a bad decision and corporate should make this right ASAP
Some friends of mine were traveling in Pa with dogs that were going to their forever homes They needed to get the dogs cages cleaned out and be in the warm room instead of the car. Some people complained because the dogs were barking as they were being carried into the room and your manager told him they would have to leave. She would not give them a refund and she threw them out. Two women and all those dogs into a white out situation. At the very least they should’ve given them their money back. What kind of respectable business puts out 2 women and their rescue puppies? Especially after taking her money knowing she had rescue pups.Then to top it off NO REFUND? You have lost all of my future business! I hope corporate takes care of the horrible situation you have caused.
I can't recommend a place that kicks people out within minutes of them paying and doesn't even give them a refund so they can use the money to go somewhere else. Ohhhh did I mention the people were a rescue group saving dogs and puppies and they were put out in the snow where the roads are closed and they're in white out conditions? Absolutely heartless!!!
