The rescue dogs and women being kicked out in a bad snow storm and your manager refusing to refund the money they paid. I will never repeat never go to a motel 6 again. Shame on you.
Not a good idea to force 2 women with a van full of rescue dogs out of your motel (with paid reservations, knowing they had dogs) into whiteout snow conditions with no refund and nowhere else to go. What kind of incompetent person runs this place? Gross.
Horrible customer service. Terrible management. And heartless staff. Kick people out who had paid reservations in whiteout conditions? Karma is a b****. I hope it comes in it’s full glory to the people who allowed this to happen today. Absolutely disgusting.
I will never recommend this place! How could you kick out those sweet ladies and their rescue dogs they were transporting to their homes?! She had reservations and chose that place cause it was pet friendly! You made them leave to be stranded out in that snow! Despicable!!! Plus no refund!! You guys must be heartless!! 😡 I hope nothing happens to those women and their dogs out in this cold since they are sleeping in their van!!
Turned 2 women and 19 rescues out into the cold( whiteout conditions no less). IF someone had a problem with the dogs being left out in the cold then someone should have helped the ladies get them inside sooner two women can only do it so fast. I only hope you realize the business you have lost through all your chains bye going with that one person and not with the Humane Society people. HEARTLESS!! IMMORAL! UNETHICAL!! NOBODY should be put out of this place in the middle of white-out conditions and ESPECIALLY when they are traveling with pets or children and THAT is EXACTLY what this establishment did today!!
