I had a horrible experience dealing with the hotel manager Pam. She was extremely rude and downright hostile. When I asked to get a refund for the days I wasn't staying there, she screamed at me and told me she would call the police if I didn't leave. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The manager Pam was abusive and hostile. I really hope the management reviews her record because she was abusive.
They didn't have our reservation... The room was dirty... The heater fan broke 5 mins after arriving & started setting off the fire alarm... Staff didn't even care... All in all... Probably top 3 worst places I've ever gotten a room... Checked out before MIDNIGHT & went to the @[528405867173467:Holiday Inn Express] around the corner
I think this place is a piece of shit. Nothing here works the TV doesn't work the shower doesn't work I ask for another remote for the tv cause you have to hold the back of it to change. They told me they couldn't do nothing. Smh bomb ass place.
Noisy environment kids constantly crying all night
We stayed there for 3 nights and had no problems. We went swimming, visited family,and more swimming. The staff was very friendly and a security guard on the grounds for the nights. I felt safe.... the people who complained has to figure you get what you pay for. If you want a really nice rooms go to a Hampton
Worst motel experience EVER!! This place is 100% for Crack heads. Blood on the furniture. Fleas in my bed. Staff tried to fight me when I complained. I hope this place burns to the ground. Watch out for A.J. (ASS HOLE Janitor), I think he's HNIC.
Blood on the walls. Spooge on remote. Fleas. Changed rooms in the middle of the night to an equally gross one. Drugs and addicts everywhere. Rude front desk girl pretending to not speak English until her maintenance man got there. Then told she was going to call the police on me because I wanted my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
