Great stay for the money. Was quiet and clean. Could have used a frig and was disappointed that WiFi was extra. Otherwise the pool was refreshing, clean and in great shape and the accommodations were comfortable but simple.

We made reservations for 2 nights at $59.95 + tax and paid $239.Advantages, relatively near iowa State Fair grounds. I THINK we were put into a room for people with special needs (special car park directly in front of room, hard floors (easy wheelchair access), wide bathroom door, spacious tiles bathroom floors, no shower curtains, railings etc). So in this case, whoever the room is catered to, these are worth considering. Bed was fairly comfortable enough.

Just checked in last night and good thing we were able to do instant booking over the phone which we're about to check-in in two hours just to stay overnight. This motel is a good place to rest after a very tiring day on the road. The price is $49.99 which is not bad. There were two queen beds which is spacious. I find the bed quite comfortable

We needed an inexpensive motel room for the first night of a longer visit to West Des Moines, and this location fit the bill perfectly. Easy access from I-80. I had checked out the map beforehand, so the fact that the motel is tucked away behind a Marriott and a Candlewood Suites wasn't a problem. We didn't arrive until 3:30am local time, and I was a little worried what we might find at that hour. But all my fears were allayed the moment I entered the lobby. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The hotel is located close to the freeway and easy to get to. Yvonne and Lisa's checkin was fast and efficient. The building and grounds are well maintained and the lobby is bright and inviting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

It was okay for the one night that we stayed. Would not want to stay long. Bed was comfortable and really liked that it did have a mini fridge. But did not like that there was no in room coffee since we were getting up so early in the morning. No carpet on the floor which I am sure is easier to clean, but cold on the feet in the middle of the night. Would stay again though if just for one night like this time.

Great price....very small room but entirely acceptable for all we needed... Hotels in the area were very busy...did not reserve beforehand but nice hospitable staff at desk.. Very accessible for handicapped elderly.
