Stayed in Little Rock for 5 days and stayed at this Motel 6 because of the great price as well as 4 other hotels and this was by far the best stay for a place to stay. The front desk was kind and the room felt updated with a modern look. Best bang for your buck and updated flat screen tv in my room! Was hesitant to stay here from the review below but my expectations have been exceeded and it's minutes away from the Arkansas state capital. Will stay again.

Look, it's a motel 6. It's $40/night (online price) including all the taxes. It's location is fine (maybe 10 min to the River Market area/attractions), and it's really not that bad. I'm a single 34-year old woman with two miniature schnauzers. There are several hotels/motels in the area, we're down the street from a beautiful new looking library. It's close to downtown Little Rock and right off of I-40. the channel lineup is far superior to most hotels that I have stayed at. The A/C is super cold and the beds are comfortable. For $35, it's a deal.

The room was very nice. I enjoyed the wood floors and clean appliances along with the granite counter tops. However I had issues with my room key, but the management had someone to fix that issue fast. The room I was in had a very and I do mean very well working heating and air. It didn't take long for the room to heat up. Overall excellent, clean room for the price.

This is one of the refreshed motel 6s so it has fake wood flooring not carpeting, flat screen tv, 50 cable channels, king beds, microwave in the lobby, grocery stores and gas stations nearby.

Look, it's not a Hilton. For $40/night including taxes (web rate), it's clean, safe, pet friendly, convenient, and very budget friendly.

I think most people on here have over done there complaints and some of these reviews are older than dirt the motel doesnt have carpet it has flooring some of the people just want to complain when there is nothing to complain about if you want the hilton then carry your cheap self on down there
