I have been a patient of his for over 18 years now and will not change practice. He is one of a kind MD patient, understanding, transparent, caring, and take his time with you at your appt. Not in a rush or his head in the laptop. He gives you his full attention.
Hours are wrong have tried to call numerous times to make an appointment and have been told they close at 4 even though they're hours say 4:30. This is really highly frustrating and is a failure on the office staffs part. This is a one star review for them not for Al who I haven’t even met yet but he came highly recommended by my primary. It’s just a pet peeve of mine when businesses either post the wrong hours or don’t stay true to they're hours.
Thank you to Dr. Al-Yacoub and Dr. Rodrigues for their thoroughness, expertise and extreme compassion and kindness while assessing my husbands MRI. Dr. Al-Yacoub is straight forward and honest in his assessment and truly cares. Would recommend him to anyone with complex neuro history and one of the best we have dealt with! Maria Ambrose
Eastbay Neurolgy is best neurologist around. The front desk is friendly warm welcoming and Dr Alyacoub nice doctor with great bedside manners takes his time to explain things to your understanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
I was a patient of Dr Alyacoubs about a year ago. I saw him twice for chronic headaches. He did not help me whatsoever and is a bit of an oddball in my opinion. Would not recommend.
