I'm two weeks post microdiscectomy with Dr Al Maaieh. I have only positive things to say about him so far, and I don't expect that will change. Background: for 6 months I suffered from sciatica, extreme pain and weakness caused by a L5S1 disc herniation. Not impressed with the first surgeon I saw, I'm glad I found Dr Al Maaieh instead. Hearing me out, reviewing my MRI and evaluating me he said I'm indicated for and quickly scheduled the surgery.
