Was hoping I would have a good experience. I called ahead of time to see when I could bring in my car. Was told a specific day and was also told it was take several days. If you can’t get to a car the same day as far as diagnosis, then why hold it??? I explained this is the only vehicle I have at the moment. I recently moved away from Bham and I lament not having access to Mota. Get on the schedule and you will be taken care of.
I took my newly purchased 328i in today, and the owner was friendly and honest about my belt needing to be replaced eventually, but mentioned that it is not urgent. He fixed rear lights, which he mentioned didn’t work because of a bad ground connection. The price was reasonable for my oil change and lights!
