Very professional, up front , honest, very fair pricing, no surprises at the end. Manny is the best, I recommend this place to anyone with a BMW. Manny does all the work and maintenance on both , my M3 and 335i.

Was hoping I would have a good experience. I called ahead of time to see when I could bring in my car. Was told a specific day and was also told it was take several days. If you can’t get to a car the same day as far as diagnosis, then why hold it??? I explained this is the only vehicle I have at the moment. Just like everyone has responsibility, I only have ONE vehicle and responsibility. I can’t wait around for someone to not work on my car and it just sit while I have to pay for rental expenses.
