Brought Truck in for a problem. Heather was great and very communicative. Truck is performing great.
I had an appointment at 1:00pm for a battery replacement and an oil change. I did not get done until around 4:00 pm. They came out and stated that I needed two new tires, which I agreed to. When the service tech came out and stated they were done; the tires were not included with the deal... I am having to create another appointment for the service for the tires. Had to have some work done due to running over a road hazard on the highway. Heather was awesome and kept me updated with parts, delays in shipment, etc. Overall experience was awesome. A-1. 10/10. No complaints at all.
