Had to have some work done due to running over a road hazard on the highway. Heather was awesome and kept me updated with parts, delays in shipment, etc. Overall experience was awesome. A-1. 10/10. No complaints at all.

I was reminded by a text from Kaitlyn that it was time for my truck's service, along with a card telling me my Auto Butler service was due. She scheduled both of these for the next day at a good time for me. Upon arrival the service desk was friendly and fast. While waiting I visited to the truck salesman that sold me my truck (Wyatt Smith) for a few minutes and then sat in the waiting room for what I thought would be a really long wait.
