Great place to buy a car!!! Great dealership to work with. Pricing was given right up front without any hassle or negotiating. They don't start off at MSRP like most dealers. They make it quick and easy to purchase! I've since been back for my service on the vehicle and its amazing how well everything runs there. It took exactly how long they said it would take for my service.
Best buying experience! Definitely the best car buying experience that I have had. The sales staff was friendly and professional. When I took my car back in for routine service everything was done in the amount of time promised and for a fair price.
Great Service! Poway Nissan goes above and beyond in my opinion. I took my car in for an oil change on 7-16-11 and purchased some wiper blades on my way out the door. While pulling out of my parking space, a nice Poway Nissan employee came to my window and asked if he could install the blades for me. I was really impressed, but bummed I didn't get his name. I will be a customer for life and will be happy to recommend their service to anyone!
First and Last visit Sorry to say I did not have a good time at Poway Nissan. I scheduled the first appt. for the day along with a ride to work. I arrived early on time. Then it went down hill from there. The shuttle driver never showed up I was late for work. After waiting for 5 hours I had to call to get the status of my truck. Finally I was told it needed a new catalitic converter. $1000.00 repair. I told them no. Extremely Pleased Mossy Nissan of Poway was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Ben was the sales associate who assisted me and my wife and was extremely courteous, well versed on all the vehicles and their capabilities/features.
