Wenr to visit a friend..horrible care, bad attitudes, nobody used gloves or washed there hands, left the tray across the room out of reach, never turned the pt, etc...should be called Frank Einstein!!!
My dad is a current resident at Moss Tabor Road and he received excellent care. The nurses and CNAs on each shift were excellent. They gave my dad the best care. The doctor, OT,PT and ST were the best. The professionalism that each person displayed has been extraordinary. The SW kept me informed and she was just great. I am very grateful for each person in here that has helped my dad. Food was excellent as well.
I took my grandma here today to get checked out for a GI bleed. The receptionists on the second floor were extremely rude and unprofessional!! I wish I got their names but the first one was pretending that my grandma did not have an appointment and was going to turn us away!! she threw our paperwork back at us, turned the light off on us in the waiting room and also said she was tired of dealing with black people for the day (She was black as well). My experience is a good one. The staff (Hunter & Brianna) are wonderful, caring, & supportive. The Registration is quick & the payment is easy. There are usually areas to park on 1200 Tabor Rd. The physical regimen is pin pointing my personal issue, & I am feeling the benefits if same. I would recommend other patients. Thank you. Sir Dean
