Do Not Recommend this facility. 1. There was no explaination of what the plan was 2. The brief interaction with the staff was polite but totally devoid of any information on what the plan of treatment would be and who would be handling my rehab. 3. The staff were all sitting around having coffee and did not in the least bit seem engaged with patients. 4. Be careful of the entrance on 23rd Street. Mitch cured my Obturator Nerve! The best way to get there if you are using the El/subway is get off at 30th St Station and make your way over the bridge heading East but just make sure you get on the RIGHT side of the bridge before walking/rolling over. The left side of the bridge will take you an extra block or so to loop back up the hill to the clinic.

I can say I’ve been going here for a couple of months now I have multiple sclerosis and been dealing with this for 17 years. I’ve been going to physical therapy a lot and it seemed like everyone is pushing you to get better, but I have a disability that some days I’m better some days I’m not I went to this facility to really get help to see how do they work with people living with multiple sclerosis the person that’s working with me was actually wanted to hear how I was feeling about my pain not trying just push the time the... read more
