Went in to office and was treated absolutely horrible by this elderly grey haired lady. If she's that miserable at work then the Dr's office needs to move her somewhere where she doesn't work with the public. Her facial expressions,tone of voice and commanding aggressive voice is something I'd expect at a construction site not a dr.office. I wad utterly disappointed and disrespected by her. Retire Already
Dr.Francis is the most Ultimate Caring Kindest and most Thorough Doctor Ever!! Staff are Lovely too!! We are very lucky indeed to have such an Compassionate Doctor ever!!!
