Getting anything fixed is a complete hassle, the lady isn’t that great at her job at all, Roof started leaking over summer and they never fixed it and we put in a request about a month ago to get the roof looked at again and fixed she sent a plumber out. The roof is now on day 2 of leaking, she sent one guy that caught out swamp cooler on fire cause he didn’t know what he was doing.
