I called this company for help today & the receptionist was disgusting. I couldn’t believe that’s what the company keeps at the forefront. Her answers were rude and sarcastic. She was not happy to be at work. I asked who I was talking to and she hung up on my face. To think I did business with this company. Never again and I will tell my friends this as well. Disgusting behavior, work where you live that’s important.
Receptionist was incredibly rude. I called and introduced myself as a person with a project looking for a metals machine shop to develop my small prototype. When she found out that I wasn’t with a company, she asked me again which company I was with and then hung up on me and I didn’t give her the answer she wanted. No need to be rude. She could simply say that they don’t deal with private parties and they only deal with businesses and kindly refer me to another machine shop in the area.
