"SPECIAL" FINANCING Let me start by saying that the one star is being overly generous. I would give no stars, but Yahoo! requires at least 1. Let me start w/ their "special" financing department (notice the emphasis on "special") w/ a special person in their dept. who sends out his little flyer w/ his picture on it (you know who you are). Will never buy a car there again Sales department is unprofessional; service department is unprofessional; I have no idea how Moss received the BBB bureau award. If Moss would spend more time drilling in professional courtesy than money on advertisements, perhaps it could be at least acceptable.
Service problems I purchased a new 2006 ML350 Mercedes last year from Moss Motors. It has had ongoing problems. The service dept. has not been very professional in handling them. The third problem, which I consider to be major, is a transmission problem which I have tried to get serviced since the first week in January. I have yet to see any results to correct the problem.
