Will never buy a car there again Sales department is unprofessional; service department is unprofessional; I have no idea how Moss received the BBB bureau award. If Moss would spend more time drilling in professional courtesy than money on advertisements, perhaps it could be at least acceptable.
"SPECIAL" FINANCING Let me start by saying that the one star is being overly generous. I would give no stars, but Yahoo! requires at least 1. Let me start w/ their "special" financing department (notice the emphasis on "special") w/ a special person in their dept. who sends out his little flyer w/ his picture on it (you know who you are). By far the best Moss Motors has been around for years . Their sales and service are second to none. Sharon Moss has established and searches for the best sales people . They will work with you to find the best deal for you . They also make good on their promises. For a Honda or BMW this is the place.
;-) Unfortunatly anywhere you go these days, somepeople, will never be satisfied even when you role out the red carpet twice. I would not purchase my vehicles anywhere but Moss because of the treatment Ive recieved over the years. They have a great service and saled department and also, theve added a few additions to make sure, after a certain period after tyhe purchase that, the customers gets a call.... Thanks Moss for all you do for your Loyal Customers...
Lease Nightmare I leased a 2007 CLS 3 years ago, 39month 45,000 mile lease. Once I received my contract in the mail I discovered Moss had typed 39,000 miles. This contract had already been sent to Mercedes. Moss sent me a letter stating they would pay for any excess mileage over the amount of the contract, that I would be responsible for anything over the 45,000. When it came time to turn in my car. The car had 41,622 miles. I get this letter from Mercedes showing I owed $655.00 for excess mileage. This was on Nov. 23, 2009.... read more
Service problems I purchased a new 2006 ML350 Mercedes last year from Moss Motors. It has had ongoing problems. The service dept. has not been very professional in handling them. The third problem, which I consider to be major, is a transmission problem which I have tried to get serviced since the first week in January. I have yet to see any results to correct the problem.
