The communication here is horrible. When you call you aren’t ever able to speak to anyone. I’ve been ignored through MyChart messages on two occasions. They will cancel your appointment and reschedule you WITHOUT speaking with you to confirm the new appt time and date works for you. And when it doesn’t they’re going to deny your medication refills due to you not being seen all the while THEY canceled your original appt and IGNORED your messages after the fact.
Mrs . Constance Williams is the best nurse practitioner.!!! Very professional!!! She deserves a raise!!
I love this Hospital. Almost 20 years ago this Hospital saved my sister's life. One of the other Hospitals refused service because her medical bills were too much and unpaid. The Dr at Moss took 1 look at my sister and knew she was in dire need of medical help. Said to her "You are a very sick woman. We are going to help you get well. " The Dr waived all fees and did it for free. My sister got the treatment she desperately needed. And about 10 years ago I myself needed help. If I could give this place a -1 star I would. Their receptionist are rude AF I've been waiting an hour and a half for my apt that was scheduled way earlier… all together a mess I recommend going to a urgent care or any other hospital if possible. She's on her phone…
