If I could give this place a -1 star I would. Their receptionist are rude AF I've been waiting an hour and a half for my apt that was scheduled way earlier… all together a mess I recommend going to a urgent care or any other hospital if possible. She's on her phone…
Too slow
No one ever calls you back Dr's or specialists and takes a long time to get referrals. Got a call back 1 day later and issue resolved.
I've had a pleasant experience each time I go.
This is the nastiest “hospital” I've been to. On top of that they don't care for their patients professionally. I scheduled a check up with the sweet receptionist and told them it was for hearing loss. They told me I wouldn't have to do blood work due to me going for my ear. I get there and when the NP FINALLY decides to check in on me she looks at my file and says “ you didn't do blood work” which I did the first time I went.
