Just wanted to say how much I truly appreciated Veronica. This morning prior to my afternoon appointment we spoke on the phone regarding the treatment plan scheduled. I became frustrated while we discussed what the projected bill would be for today.. My frustrations were not with her or the office. It was with the insurance system and other dental offices I had dealt with in the past..
