It was my first time there for service. Had an appointment and Phillip the service manager helped me. He couldn't have been more helpful, professional and nicer. The experience was a good one...thanks!
Took them 2 appointment to get my parts or service correct on over 3 different issues. I just rather go to another spend my money and time somewhere else.
Crazy! I saw previous reviews on waiting for a oil change and came here anyways. Well about a hour and a half later. My oil was changed. Probably my last visit.
Their service department is a joke. Brought my car in for certain work paid over $850 it took a whole week and it's still doing the same thing. Now they want more money and approximately 2 f****** weeks to do it. Thanks for ruining my family vacation. Seriously a joke!!!!!!!!!
It is absolutely unacceptable to have to wait 3hrs for an oil change, when you have an appt first thing in the morning. It is also extremely unacceptable for a person that comes in 30mins after you, to get their vehicle back before yours, when they were getting the same service. This has happened multiple times now, and I'm not the only one with this problem considering I've read the other reviews. Moss has the worse customer service so it's been 1 week and no one can tell me where my licence plates and registration is at I both my truck in 03/2016 and still nothing keep getting the run around.
