Arrived at 8 appointmemnt at 830 service writer didn't get to me till 9. Asked them to call my cell phone when it's done. They called my house phone. Waited an extra 2 hours. When I got the truck there was oil on the hood and grill. I point it out theguy who brought it to me and he just ignored me. Thank u !

With out a doubt the worst dealership service I have ever dealt with in over 40 years.
I took my truck in for my first service. I bought it in 9/2016 from Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach. I live here in Moreno Valley so I took in to Moss Bros. after sitting for 2hr they told me that plug in the oil pan was stripped and the whole pan needed to be replace. Now I said isn't under warranty no not from us you have to get Long Beach to pay for it. First they told me $200 then I said ok then 3hr later they told me $1200. I said HELL NO one of you dealership is fixing my truck. So they are towing it to Long Beach too h... read more
My wife took my truck in for an oil change while I was out of town on military assignment. Shortly after she got home, she called me me and told me the truck was leaking oil all over the driveway. When I finally got home, I checked the truck. It turns out the oil filter was not tightened properly and caused it to leak. I had to rent a pressure washer and purchase concrete wash at home depot to get the oil off my driveway. Worst service from a dealership ever! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!
