Do not go to them, don’t matter if it’s a new or used ride you want. They gave me the run around, we had threatened to go to the state just for them get me new paper plates, & LEE in finance needs to LEARN how to TALK to PEOPLE

Over 30 inquiries on our credit score you guys didn’t pay off our vehicle yet so now their is a late payment and we have 2 make two payments on it now your sales manager doesn’t return phone calls lied to us said the check for the car was being sent to capital 1 over night called talked to someone else they said the check was never sent because the deal hadn’t gone through you guys are straight F$?$ing us right now and playing games I don’t buster stand your tactics of lying. I was repeatedly lied to and talked to in a demeaning manner. Was lured to the lot with a quote in writing that was not honored. My credit was checked twice... so I now have 2 inquiries on my credit for the purchase of 1 vehicle. I am a very unhappy customer! I will be writing reviews everywhere possible. Nobody should be treated in this manner.

Their service dept is terrible. Did work on our truck that we did not authorize. Called us liars and held our truck hostage until we paid. We originally went in for a AC program that was under warranty. The AC went out again after 3 days. I will now pay to have it done correctly. Will never return to their service dept!

omg I dont understand why its takes so long to get my key mind you we got the car In September 2019 3 months to get the key now I'm getting the key programmed my appt was at 8am got here at 7ish its 9am now still no car dont get why even make a appt if I'm going to sit forever

Go see Scott Eggerichs, he was super nice and helpful. made our process smooth and quick. Charles in finance we great too! Very happy we went all the way to MoValley from Fontana.
