I have contacted these people several times and no one will return my call except when I originally signed up the first time and have them my credit card. Terrible customer service and still no treatment.
They must be crazy or daft.
I think they might have gone out of business I have used them for a few years and was very happy I paid for the season, which is looking like a mistake This year they have come out once and I have tried numerous times to contact them with no response. Hoping I can get my money back and get someone else
Im currently looking for a company to do my yard, I have received your flier 2x now in the mail, I called Saturday June 2 to get a quote, I was told all Sales people are busy someone will call me back shortly, no call on Saturday, no call on Monday, I called again on Monday was told the same, still no call back. Today is Thursday I called AGAIN, and was told the same thing, why do you guys bother to advertise if you don’t even call potential customers back? Seems counter productive . I’m disappointed

Very poor customer service. I tried to renew my service online first, but the options I was given, after logging in with my account info, was not as good as the mailer offer. Why the two don't sync is the first miss, but then to be on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes with no help, only to be moved to another automated option asking for the extension of the person I was trying to reach or dial "0" for the operator. The owners are amazing, honest, and do not believe in barriers. Whatever the issue, they will find a solution. You could not ask for better.
