I brought two tiny signet rings in to Moshe Fine Jewellery, the rings were very old, dirty and mishapen. I wanted them cleaned to give to my grandaughter. The rings were ready two days later and when I went to pick them up I was astonished to see that they looked like two brand new rings. I was beyond thrilled with the service, friendliness and professional service from this store! Was a delight doing business here!

My wife and I have been going to this jewelry store for many years and have always been very pleased with the selection and special service. 5 stars. Highly recommend it.
Although I wasn’t purchasing anything, I went in to seek advice and an expert opinion on a piece I had purchased elsewhere. The time and courtesy to help me was above and beyond while at the same time, they never once asked where I purchased the item (it was a close “competitor”). Thanks to their help, I was able to confidently go back to where I purchased the item and they agreed to remake it. Next time I’ll be needing/wanting to purchase jewellery, Moshe will be the first place I go to.
Flat out disrespectful. Customer service is just terrible. Shut off lights when we were checking out the display. We were looking at the jewelry on display, saw that there were people inside as well. The store nor the mall was closing yet But they turned off the lights as we were looking at what they have to offer. I know for a fact that they saw us because my head was on the glass trying to look at the jewelry.
