Have been purchasing cars and trucks from the ford store in St. Albans for 30 years. Service department use to treat you like family. Not now i guess they have got to big for service now. One my transmission had a problem and after waiting for service was told to go to midway ford because they did not have a transmission person. Now have a problem and they will not cover on the ford warranty. Midway ford service was very friendly and will get my business now. I tried leaving an actual bad review. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Original review was deemed abusive by the website, because of bad customer service and employee relations. Service after the sale is awful.
