I have always had excellent, professional care at this facility.
All the nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. Meredith my chemo nurse was amazing. Not a fun thing to do, but they made me feel comfortable.
My son had a knee injury. Got there at 7:15. Left at 11:00. Didn't offer him an ice pack until the third hour. Never saw a Doctor. Only nurses and physician's assistant.
I understand that some situations where you can't do anything except prescribe antibiotics & antiinflammatories etc.but to get double billed after you make copay is very ridiculous

Been in waiting room to long and was told it be a 3hr wait to be seen!!! Come on people get the ones fighting sever pain back first!!! This is beyond crazy!!!
They make u wait in lobby for hrs no matter how much pain r sick u r..then when they put u in a room u sit in there for hrs .they dnt send a nurse in to check on u r anything but yet they want to get mad when I go and ask Y r they taking so long..this place needs a a reality check..they need to learn how to treat ppl and how to care ..
