Fast, friendly, fantastic staff all the way around!
I went in for an abscessed tooth. The PA prescribed an antibiotic not covered by my insurance and didn't give me a painkiller. Seriously, who does that? I'm in so much pain I'm crying in the ER and now I'm struggling to take care of an active two year old while dealing with pain at level 10. I also cannot eat anything; the pain is so bad that even if I eat something soft I throw it right back up again. The only saving grace of my visit was my nurse Amy. My 8 month old son received excellent care last night when we found out that he has pneumonia. High quality, efficient care is much appreciated.
Was seen and treated quickly. The entire staff deserves a raise! I was at Novant and waited forever to be seen. So I left and came here instead!
