They ruined two of my shirts. Took one out of the bag, damaged buttons. Took the other out of the bag, damaged buttons. I went back in there to discuss when picking up/dropping off. My assumption was that since it was obvious the damage was done during cleaning (smashed down metal snaps on an unworn, freshly cleaned shirt) that it would just be a discussion about fixing it or whatever. second time I've showed up after stated opening hour (8am) and no one's there ate 8:10a. A waste of my time...
