This would be great place to live if you liked loud neighbors. Noise complaints are not dealt with ever and neighbors have no respect for the people living under them. Also, what’s the point of having vents on a ceiling that no one can reach and a fan that wobbles if you turn it on. This place might look fancy and all but it’s not worth thousands of dollars a month.
My husband and I have lived here since June 2019, and for the most part things have been great. As a healthcare worker and service member, my life has been filled with uncertainty and chaos since the start of the pandemic. That said, when our contract ended (June 2020) we decided that paying month to month was the best option even though the rate was a little higher. The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance staff is very nice. That’s about where it ends. The leasing office doesn’t know what they are talking about half the time and is bad at telling you the correct information. As pretty as the apartments look they are built cheap, you can hear everything in the building from your living room. It states that when it comes to terminating your lease, orders must be provided and that if orders are provided, your lease should end 30 days after your next monthly rent payment is due. The community isn’t safe to repeated motorcycle thefts and car break ins and there are several police officers that live on the property!! There isn’t enough parking! Don’t send your packages here!! It will mostly be stolen. For the price of rent here you can find a much better apartment complex. The property is beautiful but the office staff can much better in enforcing the rules that we signed in the lease agreement!!
