Everything! Excellent company, excellent product, excellent communication! Ordered a sample and fell in love with the “linen look” and glass backsplash tile! I get so many compliments on how beautiful and unique it is! I will never get tile anywhere else.
I ordered online, but I have to say the selection was incredible. The prices are the lowest around. The tiles I ordered were glass for a kitchen backsplash. The color was exactly as it appeared online and as beautiful. They have a quality selection and great customer service. I made a mistake on one of my orders by ordering the wrong tile so I had to call customer service. They were so helpful and expedited my return and exchange. I had my new order in days. I told them I am a customer for life .
Just an outstanding company to work with! I got a thank you email from the owner for my order and a handwritten thank you note in with my package of tile samples. You do not get this kind of gratitude from the Big Box places. Thank you Mosaic Tile Outlet for your courteous and prompt service.
Customer service on the chat line was extremely helpful. I had 1 tile left in the new house I bought and they helped me locate and order a back up supply. Will definitely recommend your company!
