Edited: They have resolved this issue within 24 hours and I would recommend them now. There was an issue with their chat bot feature.I ordered 9 tile samples for $5 each, however, only 3 arrived in the mail. It was nicely wrapped with a nice card, but it's been almost a month and there is no resolution to the issue. I've reached out on 4 separate occasions, sent the pictures they requested, have gotten ghosted.

Absolutely beautiful glass tile! We are so happy with our purchase and it's exactly what we are looking for! The tile was great looking in the box and even better as our kitchen backsplash!!
The packaging was amazing for the porcelain tile I have ordered. The tiles arrived in a very timely manner. We are just starting to tile the backsplash tomorrow and will send pictures as soon as complete.
We had a great experience with them. When I placed my order they actually accidentally cancelled it instead of another customer order. They were quick to realize their mistake and contacted me to let me know they placed my order for me and all I had to do was go back into my account for the secured payment. Very pleased with the product as well. My contractor is currently installing it.
They are not attentive to the emails I have sent in regards to exchanging the broken tile sheets that were sent.Not satisfied with their customer service despite the beautiful tile sold.
