So disappointed in Dr. Italia. He showed little interest in treatment of my family member and was dismissive. Seemed to put forth minimal effort toward their care. Would not recommend this provider if you want or need a doctor who cares.
Horrific experience. Booked an appt online Friday at 3pm for Monday at 3pm. Filled out the necessary online documents, uploaded insurance, drove 40min and showed up 30 min early. When I arrived, they proceeded to explain that my appointment was a “request” and that because I am already medicated for my ADHD they would need specific docs from my doctor. Dr. Jay Italiya is a very mild-mannered easy-going Doctor to talk to. He helps with my Bi-Polar Disorder.
In reference to a study they are conducting: I drove quite far to see these people in person. It was 2 hours of my time, not to mention gas. After reviewing my current medications, I was informed I didn’t qualify. I got nothing for my time or gas. Seems to me, they could vet potential candidates over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend participating in a study with them unless you live close by.
