Dr. Jay Italiya is a very mild-mannered easy-going Doctor to talk to. He helps with my Bi-Polar Disorder.
In reference to a study they are conducting: I drove quite far to see these people in person. It was 2 hours of my time, not to mention gas. After reviewing my current medications, I was informed I didn’t qualify. I got nothing for my time or gas. Seems to me, they could vet potential candidates over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend participating in a study with them unless you live close by.
Very professional and a super psychiatrist . Really has helped me alot. I will continue because he really helps with problems. People really need to see him. He'll really help you.
This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist as I needed more expertise to treat my depression/ADHD/PTSD. I was very nervous, but Dr. Italiya was kind and welcoming which put me at ease. I appreciate that he never is in a “rush”, but he is always punctual. If you send a message in the portal he is quick to respond as well! He is knowledgeable and I feel confident in the treatment plan.
