I have never been treated more poorly. The property "manager" Julie is so rude and uninviting. I had a terrible time upon my move out (and move in), and i was an IDEAL tenant (lease paid in full in advance, apt left as it was found, pristine). Julie, the "manager" was rude and unprofessional on ANOTHER LEVEL! I asked to rent two parking spaces (side by side) because i am blind in my right eye and had a tough time parking in the one space i was renting. Mosaic was an excellent place to live. The apartments are spacious. The decor is tasteful, thought a little cheap (no granite, etc). The management company is committed to making you happy and will do everything they can to make your leasing experience easy. The handy man, Tim, lives on the property. He fixed everything (including light bulbs in fixtures) the same day. He's also just an all around nice guy who is easy to find when needed. Broke our lease shortly after new management took over. Was billed for 1 month rent and cleaning fees, kept adequate contact regarding paying them back. Was told they would send me an email with payment plans and instead got a letter from a collections agency they sent my bill to. They may no attempt to contact ne via email or phone before sending it to collections. So now I have to deal with a $1500 bill in collections. Loved it there when I moved in (though had some flaws), but now its gone down hill in terms of management... read more
