I received very poor care for my young daughter here last month. I was prescribed a dose of medicine - referred to by the pharmacist as a half dose - that didn't come close to treating her illness. Which caused her to stay sick longer, me to miss more work, pay additional doctor visit copays and copays for another (full dose) prescription that did cure her. I did reach out to Patient Advocacy to voice my concern - however they seemed to advocate more for Mosaic and the Healthcare system unfortunately. I also waited 3+ hours.... read more

Efficient,Fast however the layout of the hospital is horrible, a total maze, difficult to transverse,

I think this place is a JOKE! They won't accept me or my husband as patients and my husband needs to see a dr and pretty quickly because he has been told by his other dr in KC that he needs a primary to get some blood pressure meds! Then all these quacks wonder why we want drs in KC ! I don't understand! This is why we need St. Luke's to come in this city, so we have some good and nonjudgmental drs! I can imagine that it's because we have medical insurance and not Medicaid so they won't be able to rob our insurance so we jus... read more

The wait was a little long however,the nurse practitioner(Lisa Dove) was awsome with my grandson.Very caring&concerned.She treated him very well

Perhaps on Saturdays, it would be a good idea to have all hands on deck. 4 hours to see the nurse practitioner. A little long.
