I had my son in the ER tonight and both of his nurses, both radiology techs and his doctor were all wonderful! Thank you for making a scared little boy feel comfortable!
I was a patient in the ER twice, last November and Decrmber. I was treated with respect and dignity both times. They treated me promptly and made me feel like my stupid accidents were, just an accident.
Everbody was really nice and helpful. They explained everything to my daughter and she felt less scared about getting an iv and blood drawn
I want to thank all the caregivers at Northwest Medical Center. I spent the last 24 hours there and can say that every encounter was met with great care and compassion!! There are so many that I want to thank but don't want to leave anyone out so I give kudos to all!! Small hospital doing the right things right!!
Had a wonderful experience. All the staff was right there to turn something aweful into a manageable experience. Kept me calm and comfortable and took great care. Thank you!!
I think this is the best hospital in the area much better than the one where I live.
