Was amazing
I had such a fantastic night last night 29 October at Mosaic head quarters last night at Venuzalen night intermingled with people from many countries and a special thanks to Alberto who has only been here 2 months and we exchanged phone numbers so I can keep him up to date with all our future activities coming up leading towards our festival season
We had a fabulous time learning to cook Charquicán and learning about the Chilean culture.
I attended Mosaic for the first time on 13th September. It was a truly wonderful event with so many people from different countries mixing together and proudly showcasing their heritage and culture to everyone there. And the costumes were sensational, as were the food and hospitality. The vibe in the room was amazing and so happy, there is something very special about people from all different parts of the world coming together. Congratulations to the organisers for putting on such an important and spectacular event.
