I was very impressed with the service. The plumber was very polite and made sure to be attentive to every detail from the moment he arrived. He quickly identified the problem, explained clearly what needed to be done, and fixed the issue very quickly without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone so professional, reliable, and respectful of the property. I would definitely recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

Made a call at almost midnight, and was answered almost immediately with politeness and friendliness. The gentleman was able to come take a look at the problem within half an hour of me ending the call. I was expecting him to be moody due to being woken up and called out so late, however he was very helpful and friendly. The issue needed new parts and he assured me he’d be back in the morning. What can I say… Mustafa came on time at very short notice. He identified the problem immediately and set about fixing it there and then. An extremely professional, likeable and diligent young man who I’d have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. The pricing was extremely fair and the job was perfect.

Mos has been very professional, great communication, helpful with choosing shower panel replacement over tiles and transparent with pricing and ordering the materials.
