Made a call at almost midnight, and was answered almost immediately with politeness and friendliness. The gentleman was able to come take a look at the problem within half an hour of me ending the call. I was expecting him to be moody due to being woken up and called out so late, however he was very helpful and friendly. The issue needed new parts and he assured me he’d be back in the morning. Mos has been very professional, great communication, helpful with choosing shower panel replacement over tiles and transparent with pricing and ordering the materials.
