I am writing to formally address what was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences I have had at your restaurant despite being a long-standing and loyal customer. Went here for my 27th birthday to have my first higher end dining experience and was extremely disappointed. From start to finish, it was a terrible experience. The waitstaff was great, so all of my complaints are specific to the quality of the food for the price being charged. Starting with the bread service, from the waiters recommendation, we got the rolls, which tasted okay, but were not warmed whatsoever. The entire team at Morton’s from the gracious hosts and attentive manager to the incredible chefs and server team made our whole family feel truly special from the moment we walked through the door.
