Food was good, but service was so slow. We went for dinela and it took 20 minutes just to get menus. Very disappointing

The worst experience I have ever encountered with a supposedly upscale restaurant was last night, August 2nd at the Burbank, CA location. I had made my daughter's 10th birthday celebration dinner reservation for 7:30 a few days earlier, only to arrive at the appointed time and be told there was a 20 to 30 minute wait.
