Had a really bad experience several years ago at the Mortons in San Diego so I hadn't been back. Saturday evening, we stopped into the Burbank location and had a wonderful meal and service experience that restored my faith back in the Mortons I remembered. The lemon souffle is still my favorite dessert I have ever had.
I went there with my boyfriend for mother's day with a gift card. WE were very excited as it was our first time in the restaurant.The excitement ended when we got the ribeye steak. The steak was a very bad cut, full of nerves and fat. Also, hard like shoe. IT was VERY disappointing considering it was listed in the menu as a prime cut rib eye steak. I was expecting much better for a $51 steak. So dissappointing. We won't eat here again. Too bad we can't get the gift card back and spend it somewhere else.
Amazing food & service! Grilled oysters, filet mignon, crab cake, grilled shrimp, bacon wrapped sea scallops, sautéed spinach with mushrooms, au gratin potatoes and bread pudding were all delish!!! Love the complimentary photo for Mother's Day.
Had porterhouse for one and bone in rib eye oscar style. Steaks are good quality, no doubt, but I expected more flavour. The side dishes we had, mushrooms and (forgot what it was called) potatoes, were terrific!! Shrimp cocktail was very good. Good service.
Very good steaks partnered with very good customer service!
The perfect place to close business or to have a moment with friends. Great service. Great food. Great dessert. Great time!
