Had reservations for 4 for New Years Eve. Our chairs were being hit by servers the entire time knocking our purses off chair .. Bread served with out silverware or napkins.. steak under cooked, other tables food that was not ours was brought to us .. was not offered fresh ground pepper as other guest were.. no salt or pepper on table .. server lost our credit card .. they found it on the carpet near kitchen .
