my steak was so overcooked it tasted like venison. How can a server or a chef serve an overdone steak, when you pay $60 for it?

RecommendedMy GF took me out for a birthday dinner here. The food was incredible. I had the 22oz bone-in ribeye with sides of twice baked potatoes augratin and mushroom caps and spinach. She had several appetizers inluding cheeseburger sliders, short rib tacos, spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was great!
