my steak was so overcooked it tasted like venison. How can a server or a chef serve an overdone steak, when you pay $60 for it?

RecommendedMy GF took me out for a birthday dinner here. The food was incredible. I had the 22oz bone-in ribeye with sides of twice baked potatoes augratin and mushroom caps and spinach. She had several appetizers inluding cheeseburger sliders, short rib tacos, spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was great!

My husband always gets the Cajun Ribeye...its delicious. I usually get the Braised beef rib, also delicious. this time I opted for the Shrimp Scampi with pasta....I'm so happy that I did. It was awesome.
