The worst place on earth Morton's in Boca Raton FL chef is horrible, customer service is horrible nobody cares about customers. I made a complaint on July and since than no call from corporate office, just received apology from manager name Michael. Sorry Mr Fertitta but your customer service was 0
Advertised $1 steak sandwich. Filet mignon day. False advertising. Poor customer service. No rain check offered.

Came here tonight for Valentine's day and one of the worst experiences ever. Had reservations at 7:30 and were seated right away. Took about an hour and steaks were cold. Barely ate mine and wasn't even offered to have it wrapped to go. Waiter offered desert and only then mentioned that some take 30 minutes to make.he did not mention this in the begining when taking our order.
