This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The manager Josh is an idiot and they could care less about their customers. The general manager Mike would not even take the time to call back and acknowledge the problems they have what a pathetic bunch of people. Outback cares more than this place.
This was my first visit to any Morton's steakhouse. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Our server was very welcoming. The service was great, the food amazing. I plan to return very soon.
We had a reservation for 2 for 8:15PM on Valentine's Day. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes. If we left they would charge me $150. We didn't get seated until 9:30PM. A couple with 8:30 reservations was seated before us. Before we ordered I requested to move to an empty booth in my servers section about 3 feet away from our original table. The manager refused. The server was polite and food was good but the lack of accommodating us will prevent me from ever stepping foot in there again.
Great service, and the food was awesome. Steaks were done perfectly. We had the twice baked au gratin potatoes as a side ....delish! Crème Brule for dessert. Had no leftovers!
The food and service was excellent. I would recommend this place for a good steak.
Service was just average and was good was just ok. Definitely overrated.
Big change than when we last went here. Lots of ambience, good service and food/steaks were very good. Pricey place, though, yet there was a line waiting to get in as we left.
