I would give Morton Properties zero stars if it was an option. I have never encountered in all my years of renting a more horrible property manager. They are unresponsive and do not fix issues in a timely manner. We lived at one of their properties for a year and the door was never fixed or finished. The landlord is absent, doesn’t live in the state and has no idea what is going.
